XSEED Celebrates 25 Years of Farming Fun with New STORY OF SEASONS Entry

TORRANCE, Calif. – Mar. 23, 2021 – XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., today announced that the farm/life sim game, STORY OF SEASONS: Pioneers of Olive Town, has launched in North America for the Nintendo Switch™ system, representing the first brand-new title in the series for the platform. Known as Bokujo Monogatari in Japan, the critically-acclaimed franchise is celebrating its 25th anniversary and the latest iteration brings new features, bachelors and bachelorettes, and Earth Sprites to Olive Town, a bustling seaport.

To commemorate the 25th anniversary, the stand-alone ‘Expansion Pass’ — which includes extra story content, characters from previous titles in the series and exclusive costumes — normally priced at $19.99, has been discounted 15% for three weeks ending on Apr. 12. The ‘Premium Edition’ and a standalone retail versions are available on the XSEED Games Store and participating retailers for a MSRP of $59.99 and $49.99, respectively.
