XSEED's Localization team is looking for a native level Japanese and English bilingual speaker with excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills. This person will be the lead figure in the QA process of game localization as well as communicating with development teams both in Japan and in the US.

Job descriptions are (but not limited to):

• Daily correspondence with video game development companies using email and telephone.
• Daily correspondence with outside QA companies.
• Assuring each and every game published is playable and is meeting company standards.
• Daily translation and editing of QA reports and game text (Mainly English to Japanese).
• Checking and confirming game quality.
• Playing current potential titles and assessing quality.
• Assisting localization team members with daily tasks.

Fluency in English and Japanese is required. Preferably potential candidates will have a college degree or equivalent experience in business and/or translation.

• Fluency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to provide superior customer service
• Experience in playing video games
• Must be fluent in English and Japanese
