It's a shame that the last great Acquire game XSEED localized was Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls back in 2010.

Really now? Well XSEED, now is the time for you to step it up with Acquire's games.

I'm still upset because the original didn't get localized. Guess I might as well just break down and import Akiba's Trip Plus. I just hope Xseed picks this one up.
Xseed you did the impossible and localized Senran Kagura. You guys are pretty much Gods now capable of tackling any project. You can do it!

I'm still surprised SK did get localized. With the industry as it is now it just seemed so unlikely. I'm glad the fans are happy now. (Even though they still aren't happy because they haven't got Shinovi versus yet)

You know how Namco Bandai can be with their games that's not Jump related, Tekken, or Tales of.

I have faith... In Gaijinworks, for that one.

Did they ever express interest in localizing some of NB's games?

Oh yes, they have on several occasions.

Really now? I do hope they show some interest on those SAO games as well. Now the only hurdle that's in the way is NB being too stubborn about letting them do it.

Anime licenses are something out of Gaijinworks' budget, I'd guess. I think they'll get more niche games, like Venus & Braves and Summon Night.

At least being an Acquire game, Akiba's Trip shouldn't be that expensive. Really, any game from Acquire should be pretty cheap.

I don't know what Gaijinworks can afford besides Class of Heroes games, but the chances are higher if the game is from a small/obscure publisher.

if the silhouette in the xseed card on the right is akiba'strip 2, i wonder how they'll handle the advertisements that are in it,like the kodomo no jikan and the hyperdimension neptunia blu-ray ads(i hope they keep the neptunia ads if they do)

I just hope it gets a retail print along with Shinovi Versus.

yeah and i wonder if they'd have to go to NISA about some of the collaboration DLC ( Ragnarok Odyssey Ace, Disgaea, Hyperdimension Neptunia, The Legend of Heroes, Super Sonico, and Genshiken.)

I'm sure Acquire did all the negotiation for the japanese release, and somehow signed the rights for a possible international release. It's not that complicated.
